Fundy Ambassador & Sales Associate

Responsibilities include:

• Saying 'Hi' and helping guests find that perfect something.

• Being happy and ensuring the shops look great and is restocked daily.

• Learning about the many local artisans and creators we feature in the shops.

• Stocking inventory and packing merchandise for shipping.

• Follow health and safety policies, guidelines and procedures

Work Environment:

• Depending on the day, we sit, stand, lift and/or walk for extended periods of time.

• We are a TEAM - daily communication between our shops and associates is what makes us successful!

• Respect and kindness are core principles of our work.

• We are regularly having to deal with amazing views and beautiful wildlife.

Compensation:

• $17.20/hr for a minimum of 12 weeks (37.5 hrs - 40 hrs week),

• 30% discount at all Outpost Gift Shops,

• Season pass to Fundy National Park,

• $200 bonus for season completion (after Labour Day weekend)

• Assistance securing accommodations is available if required.

Qualifications:

• You are currently a full-time student returning to school in the fall.

• You are a people person and connect with folks easily.

• Your ability to speak both official languages is an asset.

• You are creative, organized, and all about the details.

• You can demonstrate the above skills/qualities by referring to previous work and/or volunteer experience.

• You have a valid Class 5 license and access to a reliable vehicle with the appropriate insurance.
