Fundy Connects Summit 2026

April 23 & 24, 2026

Poley Mountain Resorts,
Waterford, NB

The Fundy Connects Summit is not a typical conference.

It is a working space where municipalities, businesses, community organizations, and regional partners come together to explore how we steward our communities and economies together.

Join us April 23–24 at Poley Mountain Resorts for the 4th Fundy Connects Summit as we continue to advance a destination development and stewardship approach that builds strong communities, grows local economies, and creates lasting benefits across our region and province.

Summit Theme: Workforce Resilience

This year, we are putting a special focus on Workforce Resilience: our communities' collective capacity to attract, support, retain, and continually re-skill people in ways that strengthen livelihoods, steward place, and build long-term community wealth and wellbeing.

The Summit will share progress of the Fundy Coast Fundy Foothills Destination Development & Stewardship Strategy, including:

The 2026 Fundy Connects Summit: where ideas connect to action.

We hope you’ll join us!

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Fundy Partnership acknowledges that the Fundy Coast and Fundy Foothills region is within Mi’gma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq, Wolastoqiyik, and Peskotomuhkati people. This land is governed by the Peace and Friendship Treaties, which continue to guide relationships based on respect, cooperation, and shared responsibility.

We are grateful for the opportunity to live, learn, and work in this place. We recognize that our presence here carries responsibilities, and we commit to ongoing learning about Mi’gma’ki—its histories, cultures, and living relationships to the land and waters. We strive to carry this learning forward in our work, in ways that honour the Mi’kmaq and support respectful relationships now and into the future.
