CRAFTED EXPERIENCE

Create Wildly

Legacy Lane Fiber Co

Create Wildly is a hands-on experience inviting you to wander through nature’s palette, gathering leaves, petals, and blooms that will transform, through the alchemy of eco printing, into ethereal imprints on fabric. As you forage, you’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and begin to notice the quiet beauty around you: dew glistening on leaves, sunlight filtering through branches, the steady rhythm of this landscape.

Each piece you create becomes a love letter to the land, a reflection of your spirit, and the fleeting magic of the season. Whether you’re a seasoned creative or simply craving a moment to reconnect, Create Wildly offers a gentle escape into the art of slowing down, making with your hands, and experiencing the world with fresh eyes.

Come with friends, laugh, explore, and rediscover the joy of making something with your hands. Leave feeling nourished, inspired, and grounded in the beauty you’ve created.

Alyson Scott is a fibre artist who believes that nature is our greatest collaborator. Rooted in Sussex, NB, she guides guests into a slower, more intentional way of seeing the world.  A world where leaves, blooms, and branches become storytellers, and creativity becomes a bridge between people and place.

Her work is grounded in a deep love for the local landscape and a gentle curiosity about the small wonders we often overlook. With an inviting spirit and a knack for making everyone feel at ease, she creates a space where creativity flows naturally, laughter fills the air, and each participant discovers a piece of themselves in the art they make.

Alyson isn’t just teaching a craft, she’s sharing a way of being, rooted in connection, presence, and the quiet magic of the Fundy Foothills.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Fundy Partnership acknowledges that the Fundy Coast and Fundy Foothills region is within Mi’gma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq, Wolastoqiyik, and Peskotomuhkati people. This land is governed by the Peace and Friendship Treaties, which continue to guide relationships based on respect, cooperation, and shared responsibility.

We are grateful for the opportunity to live, learn, and work in this place. We recognize that our presence here carries responsibilities, and we commit to ongoing learning about Mi’gma’ki—its histories, cultures, and living relationships to the land and waters. We strive to carry this learning forward in our work, in ways that honour the Mi’kmaq and support respectful relationships now and into the future.
